Chief Executive Officer and Director
John Hollister brings over 25 years of leadership experience in large pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical device companies. He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercialization in the healthcare industry, including significant involvement with multiple products successfully undergoing review by the FDA. Most recently, Mr. Hollister served as CEO of NuLife Sciences, Inc. (OTCQB: NULF) and CEO of NEMUS Bioscience (OTCQB: NMUS). Prior to NEMUS, he was vice president of marketing for Tethys Bioscience, a diabetes diagnostic company. Earlier in his career he was the CEO and chairman of EEG Spectrum, an EEG device manufacturer. John began his career working for SmithKline Beecham and Amgen. Mr. Hollister earned his B.A.in economics from Stanford University and his MBA from Claremont’s Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management. He serves as a board member for the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation (formerly NARSAD), the world’s leading charity for brain and behavior research.
President and Director
Dane Medley Medley has over 10 years of experience in senior management in the electronics service industry. In January 2013, Mr. Medley founded 360 DTI, a copier service and sales company which he operated until he joined Imaging3 in October 2013. From April 2007 to December 2012, Mr. Medley served as Senior VP Service & Operations of Socal Office Technologies, a subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, where he acquired broad experience in operations, branch management, and administrative management and was responsible for managing a $75M service department, along with training, inventory control, field operations, print management, and profit and loss responsibilities. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Medley worked for Sharp Electronics as a regional manager in charge of a five state territory responsible for the growth and development of 55 dealerships. Mr. Medley served for four years in the United States Air Force as a satellite communications specialist. He played both football and baseball for the USAF European alliance for two years. He attended the University of Maryland and Casper College with a focus on business process and management.
Chief Financial Officer
Joe Biehl is a seasoned, C-level, strategic, operations and finance executive with 20 years of experience in leading private, public, and nonprofit companies through growth, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs. He currently serves as CEO of CxCTeams, a provider of finance and accounting services exclusively to small businesses. He also serves as Executive Vice President and CFO of several of its clients, where he is responsible for all finance and accounting services on a part-time basis. In these capacities, he serves on a regular, part-time, continuing basis. Prior to implementing his current practice, Biehl served as an executive finance and operations officer of several larger public and private companies. He was the COO and CFO of Integrated Information Systems, a $100 million public IT consultancy corporation specializing in Microsoft custom application development solutions in Tempe, Arizona. He served as EVP and CFO for Sunstone Hotel Investors, a $300 million real estate investment trust, investing in and operating lodging assets, headquartered in San Clemente, California. He also served as the Corporate Controller for Starwood Lodging during its rapidly emerging growth phase. He has served as a Director on a number of nonprofit Boards including Native American Connections in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a graduate from the Brigham Young, Marriott School of Accountancy.
